PREVENTIVE SERVICE CONTRACT

Terms & Conditions
1. Each Unit Will be Provided
routine services in a year. This will be done by our authorised dealer/mechanics,
at equal intervals the year.
2. The routine servicing will cover the following: a. Checking operational performance
parameters. b. Cleaning of blower, condensor fan, Air filter, Evaporator coil, Condensor
Coil & equioment. c. Oiling the motor if required. d. Verification of Installation.
3. Any replacement of spare parts or supplies of material needed for airconditioner
the same will have to be charged at an extra cost.
4. Any major components..........................repairing/replacement required
for air conditioner, you hereby agree to pay for such repairs in advance on basis
of estimate which will be sent to you by our service department for your acceptance,
before the repairs.
5. We shall not be liable for damage or breakdown caused, accidently due to handling
of the equipment by our authorised mechanic.
6. Free attendence will be made during the period of the contract on receiving complaint.
7. The Contract of Rs. ............ will be payable in advance by a cheque / pay
order / Demand Draft payable at ............ in favor of ......................................................
8. FORCE MAJOR CLAUSE: We shall not be liable for any break or non performance or
delay in carrying out of any of the obligations contained in this maintainence service
leaflet including sevicing / repairing of the unit as a result of strile, lockout
industrial labour disturbance, fire, accidental damage, restriction imposed by the
Government, Circumstances beyond our control, any act of god, riot, any war, or
any condition arising from similar causes beyond our control.
9. Renewal of the service contract after its expiry will be at the discreation of
the company.
10. Customer has to arrange for the ladder for maintainence of air condition unit
which are not at reachable height.
